Portion sizes are determined by your daily calorie needs according to your height and weight, as well as your activity level. These can be tweaked to support weight loss/gain goals or any requirements for a higher calorie intake (e.g. pregnant and breastfeeding women). No more over or under-eating!
Eating a variety of foods has been proven to improve the gut microbiome. It also helps to keep mealtime interesting and your healthy eating habit sustainable! We cycle through a broad range of vegetables, grains and meats so it never feels like you’re having the same meal.

Fats
Important for energy, absorbing vitamins, protecting organs, maintaining cell health and producing hormones. Eating a balance of "good" unsaturated fats and limiting "bad" saturated and trans fats is essential for good health.
Fibre
The unsung hero of a healthy diet.
It helps with weight management, improve digestion, lower cholesterol levels and can reduce the risk of certain diseases.
Complex Carbohydrates
Not all carbs are made equal. Unprocessed or minimally processed carbohydrates from fruits, vegetables and wholegrain starches provide a slow and steady release of energy without causing spikes in blood sugar.
Protein
Legumes, meat and nuts are excellent sources of protein that support with building, maintaining and repairing of tissues, cells, and organs.

We use gentle cooking methods such as poaching, sous vide, steam-bake and oven roasting to retain the nutrients and natural goodness of ingredients.
