How Upshoot works

1. Tell us about you

Height and weight, activity level, medical conditions, fitness goals, food allergies and intolerances.

2. Decide how many meals

Order as many as 14 meals or as little as 4 per week.

3. Relax and enjoy

Leave the planning and cooking to us. Enjoy an omakase menu tailored to your profile.

4. Rinse and repeat

No need to commit long term. We offer flexible weekly ordering to fit your dining out / home-cooking / holiday plans.

Our pricing

We use a dynamic pricing model that takes into consideration the quantity and type of ingredients used to build your nutritionally personalised meal. Therefore a meal for someone who needs to consume more calories will cost more than a meal for someone who needs less.

Our meals

The average person makes approximately 35,000 decisions a day. Decision fatigue is real so why spend time mulling over yet another menu? Skip to the good part and tuck into nutritionally personalised meals that incorporate a wide selection of ingredients and flavours.

Upshoot meals follow an omakase concept, so while you can’t choose your meals, here’s a sampler of what we’ve created. Recipe development is an ongoing process at Upshoot so you can always count on being served something new.

Is there a minimum and maximum order?

The minimum weekly order is 4 meals and the maximum is 14.

I don’t like ingredient X. Can I change it out?

Think personalised nutrition, not private chef! Our goal is to ensure that your body benefits from the right portions, macros and variety of ingredients in our meals.
Therefore we are set up to work around the food allergens and intolerances and medical conditions listed on this page. Because our priority is on delivering optimum nutrition, we are not able to accommodate personal preferences.

What’s the cut-off time for order confirmation?

Any changes that need to be made should be sent it by Thursday 12pm via Whatsapp.

How often and when do you deliver?

Meals are always freshly prepared on the day they are delivered, which is why we split up your week’s worth of meals over three days. We deliver on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays between 10:30am to 12:45pm.

Do you deliver islandwide?

Not at the moment. Our delivery coverage currently excludes the West and North of Singapore.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is charged at a flat fee of $20 per household per week regardless of location*, the number of meals ordered and the number of deliveries made. More meals = better value!

Can you deliver to a different address during the week (home/office)?

Absolutely. We know you may prefer to receive some meals at home and some at the office. As long as the address is in a region we deliver to*, we’d be happy to accommodate. We are working towards providing islandwide delivery in the near future!

How long can the meals be kept?

Meals may be kept chilled in the refrigerator for up to three days from the delivery date. For example, meals delivered on a Monday morning should be consumed at the latest, for dinner on Wednesday. We do not recommend freezing the meals.

Why aren't your meals frozen?

We use a wide variety of ingredients and different cooking methods that don’t all do well when frozen and thawed. Think sauces, salads and toppings - all the yummy bits that give your meals that extra touch of flavour and texture!

Is cooked and chilled food safe to eat?

Yes, as long as the meals are consumed within three days of you receiving them.
